In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause the Wages due to Captain Warren, late Commander of the PEMBROKE, for the time he commanded her, as also the Wages due to Lieutenant Foster, late Lieutenanant of the said Ship for the time he served in her, to be forthwith paid them, notwithstanding their Journals and other Papers are not produced, they being alleged to be lost in the said Ship when she was taken by the Enemy.
