In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Upon consideration of your letter of June 25th last concerning the Pension ordered to be settled on Matthew Richardson, late Master Carpenter of the RESTORATION, we direct you, notwithstanding any former Orders, to cause the said Pension to commence from the time he was discharged from the ROYAL KATHERINE, for that we find he has served both in the EAGLE GUARDS and and others since he came out of RESTORATION.
