In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We direct you to cause a Survey to be taken of a Prize lately taken by the DUNKIRK and WEYMOUTH, and now at Kinsale in Ireland. If she shall be found fitting to serve as a Man of War you are to order her being bought for this purpose, and to solicit the Lords of the Treasury for the money to do this, giving us an account of your proceedings.
