In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In pursuance of her Majesty's pleasure signified to this Board by Sir John Trenchard, Principal Secretary of State, we direct you to send Orders to the Portsmouth Yard Officers to deliver to Rear Admiral Vandergoes of Holland (or whom he shall appoint) a fit Bowsprit for his Ship by way of Lease, to be returned thereafter in Specie, or the value thereof in Money.
