In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you upon the arrival of the Yacht ISABELLA at Portsmouth (where she is ordered) to cause her Officers and Company (excepting the Commander and Warrant Officers) to be turned over into the ESSEX Prize. You are to cause her to be surveyed and report to this Board your opinion as to how long time it will take to repair her and put her into a condition for the Sea again.
