In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Lord Lucas has informed some of this Board that he had a number of Able Seamen some days in the Tower, and had given notice thereof to you, and that notwithstanding you had taken no care of sending for them, so that he was forced to let them go this morning after having kept them several days at his own Charge. We desire you will give us an account of what has passed in this matter.
