We have received the Account of the proportion of Stores which you say are making ready with all dispatch to be sent to Mr Russell, and it being thought necessary to let him know the time when they can be ready to be sent.
We direct you to give us an Account at what time you think the Stores will be ready to be sent away. We also desire you will send us Duplicates of of the Accounts of the Stores, as well as those in the Hagg Boat, as those intended to be sent afterwards, which we are directed by the Queen to transmit to Mr Russell.
