In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

George Winsley, Fort Major of Sheerness, has Petitioned for an allowance for his extraordinary attendance and pains upon occasions of all Tide services there for the dispatch in fitting their Majesties' Ships. Upon consideration of these services, and of what was discussed with you yesterday, we direct you to pay him forty pounds for his former services, and that he be allowed ten pounds a year for the future.
