Your letter of the 15th to our Secretary opined that the new Yacht building in the Chatham Yard should be allowed the same complement of Men as is established for the FUBBS Yacht, namely forty Men in War at home and thirty in War abroad, and Peace at at home and abroad.
We signify our approval thereof and direct you to establish her accordingly.
