In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In case the Owners of the hired Ship NEW AFRICA are dilatory in the cleaning, fitting and furnishing her with Stores for a voyage to New England pursuant to our late Orders, we direct you to cause the same to be done at their Majesties' Charge, with all possible dispatch, deducting the Charge out of the Freight for the hire of the Ship.
