In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You have informed us in your letter of the 11th inst; that Mr Frame has offered to build another of the twenty seven Ships appointed by Act of Parliament to be built for their Majesties, namely one of the 4th Rate of 60 Guns at Hazell near Hull, and that you have agreed to his setting up one of the said Ships as soon as the 3rd Rate he is building will be launched, at ten pounds two shillings and sixpence per ton, to be paid for the same as is proposed in your letter.
We signify our approval and direct you to give the necessary Orders for his building a Ship of the 4th Rate of 60 Guns accordingly.
