In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Having ordered the Fleet in the Downs to be put in a condition for the Sea, we direct you to order Mr Stock that in case any of the Machines, Tow Ships, Bomb Vessels or Shallops need any repairs, he should give his upmost assistance in dispatching the same, and to furnish them with such Stores they need with all dispatch, according to such directions he shall receive from Lord Berkeley, Admiral of the Blue, or the Chief Flag Officer with them.
