In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

In return to your letter of the 25th inst; concerning the sending of Caulkers, Smiths etc; along with the Hulks and Magazines for refitting the Fleet in the Mediterranean under the command of Admiral Russell, we direct you to cause to be provided and got ready with all dispatch, as well as all such Officers, Artificers, Workmen, Materials and Tools whatever, as Stores of all sorts, which in your opinion shall be thought proper and convenient to be sent there for the complete refitting of the said Fleet.
