We direct you to imprest unto Mr Edward Whittaker, Solicitor for the Affairs of the Admiralty and Navy, the sum of five hundred pounds for his paying Advance Money for buiding a new house for an Admiralty Office. You are also to sign the Articles of agreement made for the said Office.
