We direct you, upon the arrival of the hired Ship DELAWALL at the Buoy of the Nore (where she is ordered) to cause her Officers and Company, excepting the Commissioned and Warrant Officers, to be forthwith turned over into the SWIFTSURE at that place.
You are then to cause the DELAWALL to be discharged from their Majesties' Service and paid off.
