In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Enclosing an extract of a letter from Captain Papwell Commander of the BETTY Hired ship that he lacks beer and that the Provisions put aboard his ship in Milford Haven were of very poor quality. An Order is given to the Commissioners of Victualling to ensure that fresh supplies of beer are sent both to Kinsale and to Milford.
