Enclosing a list of ships coming in convoy from the Baltic with the LION and CENTURION carrying Stores; and asking whether there are any other ships loading important stores remaining in the Baltic such as the SAMUEL and HENRY and the SMYRNA MERCHANT, and whether the convoy should be strengthened. Also ordering a recruiting vessel to be supplied to Captain Andrew Douglas appointed to the HARWICH.
