In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Admiral Russell has sent a dispatch to say that he is sending a number of ships home to refit, including capital ships the Sovereign, First Rate, SAINT ANDREW and DUKE, Second Rates, and fourteen others of various classes. Concern is expressed as to where the ships are to berth should they all arrive in close order.
