In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Some Bomb Vessels in the Thames are to be laid up. The Admiralty wishes to know to which Yards they are to be sent. The Navy Board is required to attend a meeting of the Lords Justices in the Duke of Shrewsbury's office to hear a presentation by the Commissioners of Victualling in which they will state that they are unable to continue to feed the Navy due to lack of Funds.
