Confirming that as Captain Cooper Commander of the ENGLAND Hired Frigate had been called to London to give evidence in the Trial of Captain Bridges Commander of the MONTAGU, Lieutenant John Aubin late Lieutenant of the ENGLAND had Orders from the Admiralty to take the ship to sea last year and therefor should be paid as Captain to the time she was lost.
