In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Very urgently requiring the HENRIETTA Yacht to be cleaned and refitted at Deptford. Authorising the continued use of the Machine vessels SEA HORSE as a Waterboat at Sheerness and the OWNER'S GOODWILL as a Tender for the Officers at that Yard in surveying and mustering ships at the Nore, and approving an application made by Thomas Wilkins to be paid an equal share of monies paid by Richard Rowlinson to the Treasurer of the Navy which were received on false Letters of Attorney discovered by Mr Wilkins.
