Katherine Lovelace stands indicted for forgery of three Seamens' letters, they said to belong to the SALLY ROSE,Robert Rich; of which Captain Peircy Kerke , her son in law, was Commander.She is willing to repay the sum of nearly one hundred pounds, received by false attorney, to the Navy Treasurer, subject to a Noli presque for the aforesaid indictment.
