In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Notwithstanding any directions concerning the paying off the CORNWALL, we direct you to cause the Master, Midshipmen and other inferior Officers belonging to the said Ship, to be borne on her till such time as you proceed to paying her.
The Muster Master at Liverpool has made application to us that he may have some further allowance in consideration of his trouble in cleaning his Majesties' Ships and Vessels which come there, and furnishing them with Stores. We direct you to consider this and opine what additional allowance, if any, is proper to be made to him.
