In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The Victualling Commissioners have stated that so many of their members are out of town that they are unable to send someone to Torbay to manage the victualling of the Fleet. We direct that you order them to send one of their Board there, and order their absent members to return to town.
The Vessel that has the Beer for Admiral Benbow's Squadron is to hasten to the Nore and apply to the Commander of the Newcastle Convoy, who has orders to see her to Yarmouth Roads in safety
The Contingent Money ordered by Admiral of the Fleet, Lord Berkeley, is to be sent in Specie with the Bounty Money.
You are to cause the Commissioners for registering Seamen to hasten their opinion as to how that Office may be carried on.
