Rear Admiral Benbow has informed us that the MONCK has sprung her Foremast and Topmast, and the CHATHAM, WOOLWICH and DEPTFORD, a Topmast each. We direct you to cause the said Ships to be forthwith furnished with other Masts at Yarmouth.
We direct you to cause such alterations to be made to the ROYAL TRANSPORT as shall be desired by the Marquess of Carmarthen for improving her sailing.
