In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Mr Meester, who is employed in the fitting of Machine Vessels for this Summer's service, informs us that he has taken up several Vessels which he must make up in performance, but he wants Colours to signify their being in his Majesties' service.
We direct you to cause him to be supplied from his Majesty's stores with a Jack for such vessels he has hired, taking his receipt for these in order to their being returned as soon as the Vessels are discharged.
