We direct you to caise the CHESTER at Chatham to be fitted out to Sea for service in the Channel, manned with her highest complement of Men and victualled for three months. You are also to order half a score of the CORNWALLS small Officers to be turned over into the CHESTER, and to furnish her with a Tender for her better manning.
