In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We are sending enclosed an Order of their Excellencies the the Lords Justices, together with the Proposals of William Partridge for the building of Ships in New Hampshire for his Majesty's Navy, and providing Naval Stores. We direct you to hear his Proposals and report to this Board your opinion what you think fitting to be done, returning the aforesaid Papers at the same time.
