In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Mary Kercher, Widow of Thomas Kercher, late Commander of the RUPERT, has petitioned in respect of his Wages stopped for Supernumerary Men when he commanded the DOLPHIN, and Imprest Money when he commanded the RUPERT.
Upon consideration of his good service we direct you to cause such Moneys as have been stopped from him to be paid to such Person as as shall be lawfully empowered to receive the same. You are also to pay his Widow one hundred pounds of the Money in the hands of the Navy Treasurer for the tenths of Prizes taken from the Enemy.
