Having received some further accounts from Lord Berkeley and Commissioner St. Lo concerning the want of Provisions for the Fleet at Plymouth, we are sending you enclosed Copies of the same. We direct you immediately to give Orders to the Victualling Commissioners to take care that the Service does not suffer.
