In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Your two letters of the 12th and 15th inst; have been communicated to the Lords of the Admiralty, together with the Copies of Mr Hyles's letters for Convoy to his Ships bound for Russia. They ask me to inform you that the Convoy for that Country will be ordered to sail on the first of the next month, and what Merchant Ships are not then ready will be left behind. Since the time is so short between the 20th inst; (the time Mr Hyles desires his Ships may proceed) and the 1st of next month, it is hoped that it will be of no great inconvenience , and their Lordships would have notice given thereof to Mr Hyles.
