The SWEEPSTAKES, MERMAID and WINCHELSEA are appointed to Convoy the Colliers to and from Newcastle.We direct you to give Orders that upon the arrival of the Ships at the Buoy of the Nore, the Provisions aboard them be immediately completed to ten weeks each, and that they be supplied from time to time as they spend thereon, that so when they sai lfrom the Nore they may have full ten weeks Provisions aboard.
