In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Lyelle, Commander of the MILFORD,has informed me by his letter of the 13th inst; that his Master is sick ashore and is in so weak a condition that the Doctors think he is past recovery, and that he wants another Master. Not knowing whether he may have written to you in the matter the Admiralty Commissioners have commanded me to give you notice hereof.
