In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You have recommended to this Board Richard Rogers to be Surgeon at the Kinsale Yard at the Salary of twenty five pounds per annum, and William Bennett to be Boatswain and Porter at the Salary of thirty pounds per annum, which Officers we have thought fit to grant Warrants to.
