Your letter of the 18th inst; asking to be informed whether the OXFORD is to be paid, has been laid before the Admiralty Commissioners, who have commanded me to inform you that she should be paid before she goes to sea again
Having this day received accounts of the defects of the LION and RUBY Prize, I am commanded by their Lordships to send you Copies thereof, and to signify their directions to you that you give them an account how long a time will it take to refit the the RUBY Prize for Sea Service.
