In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Roger Belwood, late Commander of the SUFFOLK, has made an Oath that all the Papers relating to passing his Accounts for the GOODWIN Prize were taken or lost in the PEMBROKE under his Command when she was taken by ther French. We direct you to cause the Wages due to him for the time he commanded the GOODWIN Prize to be paid to him notwithstanding the loss of his Papers.
