In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Captain Wate, Commander of the CROWN, has by his letter of the 19th inst; from Plymouth (amongst other things) advised me he needs a Master, and not knowing whether he may have given the same account to you, I send this to inform you, and see that a Master is hastened to her if one has not already gone, Orders having been sent this day for her going to Sea.
