In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

There being a necessity for the service of the Ships which are refitting and ordered to be refitted at Sheerness, the Admiralty Commissioners have directed you to cause all possible dispatch to be made in the Works that are to be done to them, and that you order some Person to inspect the same and give you an account if he finds any neglect.
