By Order of the Treasury Commissioners I send you enclosed a Bill signed by yourselves for paying Sir Henry Ashhurs and Sir Stephen Evance for the New England Goods imported pursuant to an Order in Council dated 29th March 1694, and delivered into the Stores at Deptford on May 25th last.
You are directed to align the said Bill for payment out of Money put into the Treasurer of the Navy's hands.
