In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
At your late attending the Admiralty Commissioners there was delivered to you the Petition of Samuel Best, a Pensioner to the Chest at Chatham, and he having since produced a Certificate of some hurt he has received in his Majesty's service, which the Governors of ther Chest have not allowed him for, the Commissioners direct me to send the said Certificate to you, which accordingly comes enclosed.
