In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We direct you to cause the Wages due to Lieutenant Edward Penitier, late Lieutenant of the WINCHESTER, as well what is due to him in her as other Ships for his service as Lieutenant, notwithstanding the loss of his Journals and Papers, in consideration of his dying in the West Indies, and his Papers being lost in the WINCHESTER when she was cast away off Cape Florida.
