It appearing to us that Mr Benjamin Russell was on the 7th October 1695 appointed a Volunteer on the Fireship VULCAN under the command of Captain Hockaday by Edward Russell, Admiral of the Fleet, we direct you to make the usual allowance to Mr Benjamin Russell for the time he served on board VULCAN.
