In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You have informed us by your letter of the 25th inst; that the two new fourth Rates building at Blackwall by Henry Johnson, to be called BLACKWALL and GUERNSEY, are to be established with the same number of Men and number and nature of Guns as are allowed to the CENTURION, and may be launched by the the 6th of next month.
We direct you to cause them to be launched as soon as convenient and fitted out to Sea for Channel service, manned with their highest complement of Men and victualled for three months each .
