In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Upon consideration of an extract of a letter from the Plymouth Commissioners concerning some land enclosed with in the limits of the Yard Wall, which belongs to private persons, we direct that you give orders for the Commissioner to to give an account for what the land may be purchased, and then give us your opinion thereon.
The victualling Ships at Spithead sailed to the Fleet under Convoy of the GREENWICH which left Portsmouth some days since.We have ordered the first Man of War bound Westward to take care of them.
We direct that the current Boat arrangements for the Governo rof the Navy Garrison be discontinued and that he be furnished by the Commissioner with a Boat and Men on all occasions it shall be demanded as he proposes.
