Captain Paul of the JERSEY, cruising between Beachy Head and the Isle of Wight, to proceed to Rye, and convoy the vessels from thence to Shoreham, laden with stores for the 6th rate, building there. The ROYAL MERCHANT and the PRINCESS ANNE to be ordered to Blackwall for refitting.
