Captain Kerr the BURLINGTON aquaints the board that the men turned over to him from the BERKLEY CASTLE are threatening Mutiny unless they are paid wages due to them before the BERKLEY CASTLE sails. Cause the aforementioned men to be paid as soon as possible. Also direct all the men turned over to the HARWICH and the SEVERNE to be paid.
