In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Lord Berkeley, Admiral of the Blue, other Flag Officers and Commanders in the fleet have suggested that men who have been discharged from the Yards and who wish to volunteer to serve in the Fleet should be entitled to receive the bounty money offered in the King's proclamation. This is approved.
