In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to have the wages due to Captain Roger Betwood for the time he commanded the MEDWAY and the SUFFOLK, to be paid and also the tickets as shall appear to you to belong to persons who were Captain Roger's actual servants, you taking care that the King be made a saver for any men borne longer for wages and victuals than Captain Roger ought to have done, or supernumeries without order.
