The MEDWAY that was clean away before the MONTAGUE has not yet joined me; they stayed for provisions, so shamefully wanted at Plymouth that it discourages me to send any ships there. When officers apply to Mr Addis for beer he has none he says, nor the necessary indigent of money, malt, coals or credit.
