In answer to your letter of 6 July, the FALKLAND has orders to proceed to fetch home the mast ships and by letters received today has sailed from the Nore. Commissioner Greenhill has directions from their Lordships to examine the reason for John Dennis, Rigger, being beaten by the Lieutenant of the OXFORD and to give an account to their Lordships.
